#Bout of Books 17 Wrap Up August 22nd  (12:00 am) -  August 28 th (11:59 pm) Well, this didn't go so well. I thought that I would have more time to read but so much happened this whole week. My days off turned into more work and family was in town again so I didn't have any time to really get any of my reading I had planned down. I didn't feel good either. I only ended up reading really one book and not even a fourth of the other one. I even wrote a full review of November 9 here.  I'm still trying to get through Crown of Midnight which makes me upset because I want to be caught up before Empire of Storms comes out next week but I'm not sure that will happen. That's what I'm going to do going forward. I will be trying to read all the Throne of Glass books.

Review: November 9  by Colleen Hoover Format (That I Read It): Ebook Summary: Fallon meets Ben, an aspiring novelist, the day before her scheduled cross-country move. Their untimely attraction leads them to spend Fallon’s last day in L.A. together, and her eventful life becomes the creative inspiration Ben has always sought for his novel. Over time and amidst the various relationships and tribulations of their own separate lives, they continue to meet on the same date every year. Until one day Fallon becomes unsure if Ben has been telling her the truth or fabricating a perfect reality for the sake of the ultimate plot twist. Initial Thoughts: I remember being so excited when I heard this book was coming out. I've only read one Colleen Hoover book and that was Ugly Love.  I was most excited and only knew it was about two people meeting on the same day every year. One of them is writing a book. Review: ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't expect the twists at the end.

TRY A CHAPTER TAG (#1) Source: BookParadise I saw this tag going around today and thought it was perfect for the readathon I'm doing. What you do is pick five books (or less if you want) and read the first chapter of each book to try and decide what you want to read next. I am finishing up November 9 by Colleen Hoover and I'm not sure what I want to dive into next. This will probably be the first of many of these that I do.  Book 1: Crown of Midnight by Sarah J. Maas Book 2: Scarlet by Marissa Meyer Book 3: Captive Prince by C.S. Pacat  Book 4: Night Film by Marisha Pessl Book 5: And I Darken by Kiersten White I'm not going to say what I picked to read. If you want to know then you will have to tune into my wrap up of A Bout Of Books readathon.

You're Not Good Enough Book Tag!   ( Source:  Becca and Chami ) I saw Booksandlala do this tag the other day. It was funny to hear all her answers and so I decided to take a stab at it. The premise of the tag is that you need to put 30 (book) character names in a jar or container. Then for each question pull out two names and answer what best fits the question. You should do this tag it's amazingly fun! Also, it produced some really funny answers! 1:  You only have one more spot on your Spelling B team, who would you pick to complete your team? HANNIBAL ( HANNIBAL SERIES) OR ROSE ( VAMPIRE ACADEMY SERIES) Hannibal for sure! He's a doctor and is super intelligent. The only problem is that he can be very dangerous if you cross him so I'll have to watch out. 2:   Both characters want to kill you, which one would you kill first so you have a better chance of surviving? WILL H. ( THE INFERNAL DEVICES ) OR LOU ( ME BEFORE YOU ) I don'

Discussion: Life/Adulting           It's been a crazy lately. I've had a lot of things happen all at once. Around the middle of July, I applied and interviewed for a job which I ended up getting. So now that it's been a month I'm really trying to get everything settled and sorted out. I've had to sort things out for work. Then training and working, etc.           Another thing that happened at the end of July was that I finished Cinder by Marissa Meyer. I know that doesn't seem like a big deal but reading anything nowadays is huge because I'm still in a really weird place. I'm in and out of reading slumps. I'm not sure what is going on. After I finished Cinder I couldn't figure out what I wanted to read. It took me about two weeks to actually read a book. I know I shouldn't feel this way but I felt really bad (like it was wrong of me) to not be reading something, Then after deciding to keep pushing through A Court of Mist and Fury

Suicide Squad Book Tag!   ( Source: RoseBooks ) I saw the movie on Monday and so I had to find if there was a book tag and there was! RoseBooks on Youtube created this tag and I decided that I would change it up a bit. Instead of doing book characters for my Suicide Squad I chose TV Show characters. 1:  HARLEY QUINN – KICK ASS [CRAZY IS OPTIONAL] HEROINE This one was a really easy one to pick someone for and it has to be Lagertha from Vikings . She is one of the most bad ass people I've watched on TV, She's a shield maiden and leads tons of people in battle. 2:  DEADSHOT – A CHARACTER THAT HAD GOOD INTENTIONS BUT WENT DOWN THE WRONG PATH. Jax Teller from Sons of Anarchy . At the beginning of the show he really had a lot of great ideas/thoughts of how he walked to change the Club. How he wanted to do the right thing and in the end things didn't turn out the way he planned. 3:  RICK FLAG – THE LEADER OF THE SQUAD This one was kin
