Review: It Ends With Us  by Colleen Hoover Format (That I Read It): Book Summary: Lily hasn't always had it easy, but that's never stopped her from working hard for the life she wants. She's come a long way from the small town in Maine where she grew up - she graduated from college, moved to Boston, and started her own business. So when she feels a spark with a gorgeous neurosurgeon named Ryle Kincaid, everything in Lily's life suddenly seems almost too good to be true. Ryle is assertive, stubborn, and maybe even a little arrogant. He's also sensitive, brilliant, and has a total soft spot for Lily, but Ryle's complete aversion to relationships is disturbing. As questions about her new relationship overwhelm her, so do thoughts of Atlas Corrigan - her first love and a link to the past she left behind. He was her kindred spirit, her protector. When Atlas suddenly reappears, everything Lily has built with Ryle is threatened. Initial Tho...

Discussion: Life/Adulting           It's been a crazy lately. I've had a lot of things happen all at once. Around the middle of July, I applied and interviewed for a job which I ended up getting. So now that it's been a month I'm really trying to get everything settled and sorted out. I've had to sort things out for work. Then training and working, etc.           Another thing that happened at the end of July was that I finished Cinder by Marissa Meyer. I know that doesn't seem like a big deal but reading anything nowadays is huge because I'm still in a really weird place. I'm in and out of reading slumps. I'm not sure what is going on. After I finished Cinder I couldn't figure out what I wanted to read. It took me about two weeks to actually read a book. I know I shouldn't feel this way but I felt really bad (like it was wrong of me) to not be reading something, Then after deciding to keep pushing through A Court of Mist...

Discussion: New Focus/ New Priority It's been a crazy week! I've gotten so behind in everything lately and it's caused me to rethink a lot. This post will probably be late too....*sigh*. My family came into town and since I don't see them often I hung out with them the whole time they were here. I caused me to get behind in this blog and my readathon of Game of Thrones . I've come to the conclusion that I'm trying to do too much all at once. I think going from not posting regularly to three times a week was not the best transition. Another problem I have is the Game of Thrones readathon. For June like I've said I read Dragonfly in Amber instead and to be honest it wasn't a fun time. I felt like I was constantly pushing myself to read. The same thing is happening with Clash of Kings it feels like work and that's not what I want my reading to be. I don't want to end up in another reading slump because I forced myself to read so...

Panda Recommendations: Book & You(tubers) For the past few weeks, I've been trying to catch up with all the book and YouTubers that I watch. I have an influx of new people that I've found and really enjoyed and I thought that today I would recommend some of my new favorites and a one or two older ones.  YOUTUBERS:   Philip DeFranco / The DeFranco Fam. I started watching Philip DeFranco after someone showed me a video of his and now I watch him every day. He informs people of top news stories not only of real life but on Youtube too. He gives his opinion whether or not you agree with him. Then through him, I saw that his wife runs a vlog channel and so I started watching her. I love Lindsay and Trey and all the adventures they get up to. I love how real she is about everything. I really enjoy watching their family.  Olan Rogers I freaking love Olan Rogers! I randomly found one of his videos one day. It had to have been a...

The Hamilton Book Tag!  ( Source ) I recently got really into Hamilton (in the last month). Then on my trip, I went on we listened to the soundtrack (the whole deal). I'm still not sure on all the lyrics but I love the songs and I'm slowly learning the words and will get them down eventually. Then when I got back I thought about how I still haven't done this tag so here we are! If you haven't listened to it yet do it! It's long (2+ hours) but it is really worth it!  Spotify   Youtube ~SOME SPOILERS~ The Room Where It Happens: Book world you would put yourself in I would say if I got to go into any book world (other than the obvious answer; Harry Potter) I would for sure have to say The Land of Oz! The Wizard of Oz is one of my favorite childhood movies and even with the Wicked Witch I've always wanted to visit that magical land.  The Schuyler Sisters:  Underrated Female Character  I don't know maybe Sansa Stark?? ...

Disney Princess Book Tag!  ( Source ) I saw that this was a tag and I got really excited I've been reading A Court of Thrones and Roses recently and so I've been in a Disney mood lately so I had to do this tag! Disney Facts: My favorite Disney story is Beauty and the Beast! (What a surprise!) I haven't actually seen all the movies of  these princesses yet. Mulan is my most watched Disney princess movie. Snow White - What's your favorite classic? I don't read a ton of classics but out of all the classic books I had to read in school the one that sticks out in my mind is Slaughterhouse-Five by Kurt Vonnegut. It's a very strange book but in the context that Vonnegut wrote it makes the book so fascinating. I even wrote a whole paper on the book. I love it so much. Cinderella - What book kept you up way past your bedtime?  The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins had me up all night! I just had to know what was going to happen...
